It is a part of dry cleaning filtration system along with MicroPor dust bag (art.no. 195288).
The holder allows to install the bag into vacuum cleaner. The dust bag collects dust and debris and also absorbs unpleasant smells. Vacuuming with the Blue Clean Air system means you will not detect the typical odour of dust.
