In the mixing chamber of the aqua-filter dust, that gets inside along with air flow, mixes with water and transforms into liquid dirt.
The extender (art. no. 198258), connects the mixing chamber to the rubber "pear" adapter (part no. 109194).
This adapter is attached to the inlet through which the dust/air flow enters the vacuum cleaner.
